Key Worker Groups

When your child begins nursery they will be allocated a ‘key person’ and although all of the nursery staff will work with your child, their key person will be responsible for observing, recording, planning and assessing for the children in their key worker group. The children will spend time with their key person and the other children in their key worker group which provides opportunities for them to develop relationships with children and staff.

Each key worker group has a cuddly toy which will go home once a term with your child.
